
Mr.Chan Ching Pern received his Bachelors of Degree(Honours) in Chemical Engineering from University of Malaya. With the analytical skill he gained from the course of engineering coupled with the innate people skill and multilingual skill, he is able to relate to participants with various background. He has conducted trainings in various parts of Malaysia, Singapore and China. He has trained and helped more than 5,000 people to change for the better in their personal capacities. Among these participants also inclusive of Americans, Britons, French people, Colombians, Indonesians, Australian etc.
Through these experiences, CP learned to adapt to and engage participants coming from different industries, cultures and countries. CP was a Training & Technical Manager with a road safety training and consultancy firm. In his previous role, he implemented many processes to upkeep the quality of the trainers and training programs. He had also assisted his clients in humanizing the implementation of SOP, safety processes and audit procedures.
CP has conducted training in Customer Service, Impactful Presentation, Bridging the Generational Gap, Upselling & Cross selling and Train-The-Trainer. He believes that people are willing to learn and change for the better. They just need to be inspired via a suitable methodology. Thus, he incorporates behavioural models like V.A.K, D.I.S.C and NLP in his training programme to engage and encourage his participants to change and grow.
CP is a certified trainer by IVV of UK since 2013 and certified trainer by PSMB since 2011. He is currently the Certified Lead Trainer for PSMB Train-The-Trainer Certification Programme. Being a lifelong learner himself, CP is on a mission to inspire others to keep their passion alive and continue to sharpen their saws.

Dr Loh started his career as a Service Technician after graduating with Electrical & Electronic Engineering. In 1998 he started to build his stamp mark in the manufacturing environment in various products and processes. He has manufacturing process experience in plastic injection molding, spray painting, silk screening, rubber injection, PU injection molding, rubber compounding, metal stamping, tool & die making, aluminum casting, CNC machining, clean room assembly. These processes covered aerospace, automotive, electronics and Oil & Gas industries.
In 2005 he participated in the Majaico program and started to learn the Lean Production System (LPS) from Japanese experts. Then he joined intensive LPS training in Japan for six weeks in 2010. Upon coming back from Japan, together with local Toyota experts, he transformed Sanyco Grand Industries Sdn Bhd into a full Lean company. Besides, he also helped to transform few other companies within the Toyota Supplier Club. He was later promoted to the post of General Manager. Currently he is doing Lean related training and consultancy, including helping furniture companies to transform into Lean organization.
Dr Loh got his post graduate degree from University of Sunshine Coast Queensland, Australia graduated with Master in Business Administration – specialist in General Management. Due to his passion for the Lean system, he continued his research in this subject and was awarded Doctor of Philosophy from University Technology of Malaysia.
He had contributed a few journal papers to international publishers for his research in Lean. Currently he is also a member of Malaysia Institute of Malaysia. He is also a PSMB certified Train-The Trainer.

Ms. Wan Li Ching (LC) received her Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours) in Biochemistry from National University of Malaysia (U.K.M.).
In her 21 years of career in the printing industry, she had immersed in the roles from production to sales & marketing. As the Account Servicing Manager and later promoted to Sales & Marketing Manager, she had served many reputable customers in Malaysia. For instance, Amway Malaysia, AirAsia, Citibank, Maybank, Parkson Malaysia, Astro, Tatler Malaysia, Samsung Malaysia, Inti University Malaysia.
With her strong customer centric mindset and effective customer service skillsets, she became the best sales performer by securing numerous contractual projects and consistent repetitive sales. Li Ching combined Sun Tzu’s Art of War strategies and modern management under her stewardship and successfully groomed a strong Sales & Marketing team, making the company a preferred vendor among the customers.
Li Ching is a passionate and experienced trainer. She has conducted training programme in the area of Customer Services, Customer Experience (PSMB Penjana),Project Management, Costing, Products & Processes.
Li Ching has the experience of an auditor and assessor as she was appointed Internal Auditor of the company’s ISO9001, ISO14001 and FSC certifications.
A holder of a MBA with Merit in Global Business by Coventry University (UK), Li Ching is also a PSMB certified trainer. She aspires to inspire all customer service representatives to deliver customer services beyond the expectation of their customer.

Sofia has launched her own book which was published by MPH and launched on October 15th 2014 by the previous Minister of Domestic Trade, Cooperative and Consumerism, Ybhg Dato Sri Hasan Bin Malek.

Dr. Pathepen Elumalay who obtained his Doctor of Business Administration from Commonwealth Open University (UK) also holds Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Victoria University of Technology, Melbourne (Australia). Dr. Pathepen graduated from Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply CIPS (UK) and holds Diploma in Purchasing and Materials Management from MIPMM (Malaysia), Certificate in Certified Purchasing Management from NAPM (USA) and also Certificate in Shipping and LCCI Accounting, Business Statistics and Costing.
Dr Pathepen is also an USA Accredited Certificate holder in Certified International Purchasing Negotiator (CIPN), Certified International Purchasing Management (CIPM) and Certified International Supply Chain Management (CISCM)
He had worked in a Multinational Manufacturing company for 22 years before moving to Telecommunication, Oil & Gas and Leisure industry. In total Dr Pathepen comes with 27 years of working experience. In the manufacturing industry, he had worked in various departments, Production & Materials Planning and Logistics, Finance, Costing, Marketing & Sales, Warehouse/Stores, Shipping, Purchasing and Materials Management. His last appointment was as Group Procurement Manager for an internationally recognised Malaysian corporation engaged in both manufacturing and retailing activities.
Dr. Pathepen is currently one of the selected lecturers for the Asian Institute of Productivity and Quality Management (AIPQM), Malaysian Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management (MIPMM) and Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) and Negeri Sembilan Skills Development Centre.
Dr. Pathepen also lectures in Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) programmes.
Besides conducting trainings throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. Dr. Pathepen has also traveled to Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand and Maldives to conduct trainings.
